Amazing selection of products. But, really pathetic shipping. Most of the products from outside UAE, so can expect a delay, but here not delay, you have to wait months for a product. wasting time
My card keeps getting charged for a purchase after they told me it was cancelled, I have had two amount taken off one card and one amount off another! DO NOT purchase anything from them, they only have support agents on chat to try and rectify issues which does not help when you need issues resolved asap.
They are charging a so called membership charge even without notification every month. clearly cheating online shopping website.
