U-Haul Moving & Storage at Coliseum

Had a reservation from 27 Apr for a 26' truck and auto transport and call on 17 May to add additional days for my upcoming pickup date of 19 may and the lady on the phone tells me they do not have any equipment. Would be understandable if i had at least got a email or phone call! Would have showed up for nothing and had to scramble for equipment. Other than the lack of respect to notify a customer of no equipment available , the lady on the phone was respectful and found another location with the gear 25 minutes away. All i can say is be proactive and call ahead to confirm they actually have what you need because you can't rely on them too.

In Maryland, whenever we went to U Haul, we are able to get a vehical right there and than. It was strange for us to find that we have to reserve a vertical to move when we can clearly see that there is more than 3 vehicles there. All we had to move was a mattress and a couch. It take less than an hr.

BEWARE. Worst experience ever. Broke down 4 times. Door stuck up! No compensation what so ever. Heartless location. Don't waste your money. Go to Budget. Wished I had.

First time dealing with this location and the experience was very fast no wait time straight to the point service. I would definitely use this location again for future moving needs. Thank you

Don't bother getting propane here. This location refuses to fill composite UL Approved propane canisters despite for no good reason. Better luck down the street. Instead, they will sell you a crappy $30 standard propane can. Racket!!
