U-Haul Moving & Storage at Randolph Rd

The employees were very nice but this place is a nightmare. Nowhere to park first of all, which then causes insane traffic jams and thus is difficult to maneuver, especially with inexperienced people driving massive trucks. Avoid this location if you can.

The workers there are rude and despite the parking lot not being intuitive they are rude and expect for customer to know what to do with little to no instruction.

The tow hitch mechanic was very rude and unprofessional don’t get any service done here. You will save time and energy. Go elsewhere.

@ Randolph and Parklawn Drive in Rockville. Grace was very nice and the young gent that got me in the right hitch was very good. Now, it's time to move.

Our go to spot for all things moving - even had a trailer hitch installed here. UHaul moving boxes are the best - sturdy with handles and the kit for $35 is a deal. Ding 1 star for wait time. There’s not enough counter staff to move the line along.
