The manager there is great and very helpful as well as her staff. They are the only reason why I gave uhaul a 5 star. Its there customer service not the company . I pay so much to uhaul monthly and get no customer return incentives .
the pick up and after hrs drop off is so easy now with the app they have
U-Haul is great as a company, but the guy working there seemed like he would rather not be there or he gave me the feeling like he didn't want to rent me a truck, I've never got that at other U-Haul
Reservation made, clean truck, good service.
Great in store service. It is good to monitor your credit card statement though. Back in days I incurred an additional $89 charge and never got a refund despite contacting corporate office about it.
