Awesome experience with the staff here. I didn't make a reservation but they went above and beyond to ensure I find a truck I wanted! Outstanding!!

I understand social distancing and respect that but customer service is declining with this. Associate didn't greet me nor even offer me a bag to carry my purchases in. It was like it bothered her to even move from the desk. Will not use this location again.

Worst customer service ever!! Any time I would call the store number 9/10 times I would get transferred to the call center or hung up on. I ordered hitch to be installed on my car back in June and still don't have the hitch I ordered and paid for. Avoid doing business with the location at all costs! My experience was horrible!
