Very nice and very informative and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I rented a truck 3 weeks in advance. The night before they called saying that they won't have it available at the time that I needed nor at the location that we were going to pick it up. It totally messed up all my plans for moving and they didn't offer anything to fix the situation. Worst experiece I've had so far with a company.

Entrances and exits are not clearly marked. A tight space to park or pickup trailers. Watch out!!! I will use a different location next time. Clerk was very friendly and helpful.

They don't answer the phone. How can I do business with them if they don't answer the phone.
