U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Called to get a quick cost estimate and check the availability of their trailers. An elderly woman named Margaret answered. Picking up the phone must have been a hardship by the way she growled through the conversation. Despite her callus tone and general rudeness I continued to inquire. Once I got a price, I told her I would have to call right back but I would probably be renting. All I heard was, "Thanks for wasting my time." I replied with a quick "You are welcome" and hung up. Definitely lost a customer. I read a few reviews and it appears she runs the motel and U-Haul 'distribution center' . Perhaps she should sell to someone younger and more able to handle the inconvenience of speaking on the phone.

Unbelievable Manager Emily and cleaning staff . Lying to police which I called because I was illegally locked out of my unit twice per contract. suing Uhaul got recordings don't trust these idiots.

Customer service was horrible. There are several colorful words that could be used to describe the attendant at the front desk. Would not recommend this to anybody.
