I Ordered an 18 foot truck through uhaul online 2 weeks in advance to be super prepared. I had a confirmation email that that truck was available at this location. When I arrived on moving day they said that they only had a 15’ for me. The uhaul rep at this location was clueless about how to solve my problem. He put me on the phone with a manager named Michelle at the Uhaul “traffic” office who made the whole situation infinitely worse. After I asked for the uhaul guarantee $50 refund for not having the right size truck, Michelle cancelled my order without asking me and eventually hung up on me. My truck was then given to somebody else on my moving day. I vow never to support this location and likely never support uhaul again. Most stressful moving day ever! I contacted uhaul corporate about my horrible experience and never received a response.

if you decide to rent from here make sure there are no holes drilled into your gas tank because they won’t check beforehand

The company rented the truck we used in Bothell, WA. With the plan of returning to this location. Our Plans changed so we had to check it in and the recheck it out. We were supposed to bring it back with half a tank but since we planned on taking it to bend we had the quarter tank when we checked it in and when we checked it back out the girl made it so we had to check it in at bend with three quarter tank. So at the rate of 4.24 that they charge if we didn't return it at that level they robbed is for a extra 63.00. I think that part of the problem was poor communication. I also think that she has poor listening skills becouse we explained what we are doing. She was not very professional.

This was the best customer service I have ever had, in any kind of establishment. Kelly was kind, understanding, and helpful. Regardless of where the closest u-haul location is to me the next time I move, I will be going back.

I was overcharged $120 by this I-haul center. I called to rectify their mistake and was treated very disrespectfully by the representative. He hung up on me as I was clarifying my question after telling me it wasn't his fault. Very unprofessional

Great selection of beer, and close enough to walk to. They have a whole walk-in cooler for you to shop.
