Great place to rent a car trailer!! They have everything you need! Very very pleased that they hooked up everything at the Urbandale IA location and unhooked everything at the Omaha 84th L St location. I did not even have to get out to do anything. Exceptional Customer Service at both locations!! We did set up reservations at the Omaha location and the guy who helped us sorry did not get his name, dark haired guy was polite and professional. Thanks for making this a simple and easy visit!! I truly appreciate it!!

We rented a truck and the latch worked when we opened it up to start loading my unit but, when we were done the latch wouldn’t close properly. We went back to where we rented it and said that the latch wasn’t working. It was bent and not closing. They got a hammer and fixed it. Great service.

Employees very courteous and get you in and out quickly. Very happy with experience.

I was extremely emotional and stressed as I had just left my mom with dementia and was picking up a trailer that my boyfriend rented for me to pick up his motorcycle. A new experience for me and doing it alone, out of state. There are angels on earth. Tammy, at the front desk, took the time to see that I was upset and asked what she could do to help ME. She was the bright spot in my day, from a total stranger that I felt so at ease and comfortable with that the hugs that we shared were the exact thing that I needed to give me the confidence to get on the road. I was directed to UHaul of Urbandale while on a cross-country move in December 2022 by a UHaul help line. While driving across Nebraska the previous day the windshield washer fluid delivery froze up during freezing rain and the resultant windshield ice shredded my windshield wipers. When I stopped for the night I got in touch with UHaul for assistance and knowing my intended route, they directed me to UHaul of Urbandale. This facility quickly replaced the shredded wiper blades at no cost to me and I was soon on my way again.

I observed the staff dealing with an upset very vocal woman. They handled the situation with professionalism and respect even as she tried to engage them. Excellent customer service skills

Great customer service. The gentleman who helped us noticed our front tires were low and aired them up to the right pressure. He went above and beyond for us and it was much appreciated.

Worst place to rent from. One person working.. ONE person. On a Sunday. Stood in line for 30 min+ to get our rental vehicle. Plus the girl working up front is in charge of everything outside. Wish I could give 0 stars.
