Pretty smooth transition.Truck had 148000 miles on it. I am not happy about that. Rep, Dynea Gentry is flat out rude. Hope you will get someone else. Girl next to her was nicer. Not sure the name.
Terrible custom support and completely unprofessional, we were charged extra for the dolly inside the truck which we didn’t use, we had to argue with the person at the register that we hadn’t touched the dolly and they “double checked” again and said yes it was a mistake.
