U of L Physicians-Neurology

I love this office staff.. and the doctors. As a patient for several years they always take great care of me and what i need ASAP! Great office, clean, kind people, scheduling is a breeze. 10/10 recommend.

The University Neurology staff couldn't be more courteous or helpful. My husband has been a patient there since 1999. Dr. Shafer takes wonderful care of him!

Office staff is hit or miss. They're either very nice or very rude. Doctors are so over booked its ridiculous. Arrive before 9 and dont get seen until after 11. Will not be returning after today's appointment

Parking is a mess. The walk from the garage to the actual office is lengthy, to get your chikd from point a to point b. i got there and the neurologist hadnt even reviewed my childs MRI, and the visit was specifically for him to review the mri... go to Norton. Services are much better, and convenient.

Genevieve Mulkins is the best ANP and down to earth! She is empathetic and caring! She explains everything in general terms not medical lingo you don't understand! We love the staff and the new building!

I'm almost out of pills I have no refills and the doctors are just taking their sweet time on sending it to walgreens I want them ASAP!!! This is making me angry and irritated I'm about to go off on these people!

I can not stand coming here. Poor patient care and attentiveness. I just switched Neurologists and I could not be happier.
