I walked in and they knew my name with out knowing who I was. They expected me because of my order and it was ready and accessable. Gave me plenty of room to unpack my container and was a very hassle free time.

They charged nearly twice as much as their competitors.

Move from Hawaii to East coast.  Their support was great, they arrived on time, delivered on time, and their drivers took great care to set down container carefully and were also very also very friendly with my wife.  10/10 would use again.

This is our second time using U-Pack. Great customer service! They are great at keeping you up to date on everything.
