Can’t get ahold of anyone to access safety deposit boxes, getting the run around from the 800 number, can’t get anyone on phone, no email for assistance!
Worst banking experience ever.
Best location ever. As a student and now staff at Portland State it's incredibly convenient to have my bank right next to my school and work. The staff are consistently friendly and inviting. The hours are fairly standard for a bank as they are open between Monday and Friday from 9-5.
Got told would get a call back..... Never did. In the tone the Clerk said it. I already knew.... not to hold my breath on a call back. FAKE.
This bank offers full service in addition to also having a casheX Exchange office in there to allow for exchange of international currency. Never use that service but it is nice to have there if ever needed. This bank is hardly ever busy and it's bankers and tellers are nice.
The worst us bank branch! I went there for deposit and waited for 15mins!! I don’t know what the guy behind the counter was doing. He said the system was slow. After 15mins, he gave me handwritten receipt.Also, very poor customer service!!
