Literally the slowest bank ever. I give them one check to deposit and it takes 10 minutes. Lines are so slow! They need to hire more employees

Horrible wait lines. Get more tellers US Bank. You can afford it. This is most US banks. Will never recommend. Don't even bother with the drive through..they don't come. Jireh was very nice though!

Went there two times and waited for over 30 minutes for a customer service agent But had to leave before I talked to one because I couldn't wait any longer. And I have multiple accounts with them, so I am upset. May pull everything out of U.S. BANK.

Calling all the Wells Fargo and Chase customers!! Come on over to a real Bank. I have a secret account over here at US Bank for five years. I've always been very happy with their service and performance. Even though they are a giant corporate bank they don't try and screw me over.

Always enjoy going to this bank location. The people working there are very friendly and hospitable.

The tellers were very nice and helpful, rating would be 5 stars if it weren't for the fees the bank charges customers for cashing a check drawn on their bank.
