Staff is rude you can't go in and tbe drive through takes 20.minutes even if there is only 2 cars in line EVERY TIME ITS CRAZY
I have been banking here for years but the staff has recently turned over and customer service it not what it used to be.
This location so slow, I waited 45 minutes in the drive through.
Even though this branch is a bit out of the way, I like to do banking here. The tellers are friendly and helpful. Sherri, the Personal Banker, is just that. Very personable, professional and obliging. Could not ask for better service and with a personal touch!
Soooooo slow and terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, and management every time I call they could never help me I always have to call customer service! Even though I open my account here, so happy I closed my account today I feel relief,
Friendly tellers, easy to do business here. Saved me money with tips on accounts I otherwise may not have noticed. No complaints.
