their atm is always broke

I’ve been getting serviced by the employees there for almost 4 years. And I have always gotten great service each and every time. Very friendly and understanding. I feel like I am more than just a customer there!

If you tell your customers you are going to call them back with a decision, the very least you can do is call that customer back with a decision and not leave them waiting for that call or even a letter in the mail. Basic Customer Service Skill. Very unacceptable service from a banking institution.

Bank somewhere else.. I wish the original mortgage company would have told they were planning to sell my mortgage to us bank this locations customers service is absolutley abysmal Just don't go
