Many of the US bank branches across Phoenix are staffed with people who have poor attitude’s and who display unprofessional behavior. This particular branch however, has friendly, helpful, professional employees who strive to satisfy their customers while meeting all of their regulatory goals. It can be done, people. Hats off and “bravo” to this branch’s management team and winning, ethical attitude employees. You certainly give this bank a bit of credibility where it’s most needed. Anyone who, like me, has a terrible distaste for US Bank is sure to find that this branch is not like the rest… and that’s a good thing!!
Rudy Melgoza, MBA really helped me out on Friday. I had a problem with the fraud department shutting down my internet banking and zelle down. It was an urgent situation and I was very upset because I was in the middle of a negotiation. I explained the whole situation to Rudy and he listened attentively. He did give me another solution to my issue by offering to overnight a cashier's check to North Carolina free of charge. I was later told that he could have done a wire transfer and hopefully my zelle will be working on Monday but I wanted to give Rudy props for offering me another option.
I received a check from US Bank and I thought I was spam so I shredded it I tried getting a new check and it took forever I called the 1-800 number got passed around a lot but when I stopped in the branch Rudy help me and he got a resolved he's amazing.
A few personnel are disappointingly under educated in arithmetic, and a manager was not a capable person, just saying in a mild way. Went to another branch, and the personnel solved my needs without a hitch.
Been going to this bank location for two years. During that time I have deposited the same paycheck from my job every two weeks with no problems. I regularly get cash back with no problems as I have a good history. However today I was told there policy doesn't allow that and hasn't for a while.
My opinion!!! One of the most unethical Bank s you can ever deal with. I dealt with them on the mortgage side as well as retail banking services side . I'd rather deal with the mob. They stole money out of my account .A K A new banking fees without prior informing me of any changes.now they have the nerve to market themselves as one of the most ethical companies in 2019 . They should all be ashamed of themselves. If they stole money from me I can only imagine what do they do to their employees .
Tried to use the ATM twice in last 6 months -- both times the machines was broke and the staff didnt bother to put a note on te machine or let anyone know of the issue. I am shopping for a new bank.

Great team here. I come here for a business account. Everyone is great here but great service is not fast, so expect a wait. Shout out for Bradley and Bri for taking care of me!
Worse customer service ever made us wait 30 min before they would talk to us about opening a checking account when we got up to leave then they we're ready for us they had no other customer in the bank on a Monday at 1230so we left only gave them a one star other wise couldn't review them
