I had a great experience at this branch. There was no wait time. I met with Mr. Rodriguez to inquire about a CD. He explained everything to me, was knowledgeable and pleasant. I decided to go back and open additional accounts because of the way I was treated.
AVOID THIS BRANCH FOR BANKING NEEDS.Waited 20 min with 2x available bank tellers and 3rd being free after 20 min just to hear how no one wants to help an existing customer because tired or not in the mood. Don't go to this location for your banking needs. Staff is tired or not in the mood to do their job. Don't come here for prompt and professional service.
Check in my name with two forms of id refused to cash it. They made it seem like this is a weird process and doesn’t happy daily. Don’t worry with corporate I’ll make your life miserable. Don’t waste my time
Love this branch all employees are always friendly and I never have to go somewhere else to get something done. They do it all. Enjoyed speaking with Angelina very much, made my visit very pleasant.
This is the second bad review in two weeks against USBank. I have been banking with the company for more than 15 years. Is Mercury in retrograde or something? Both occasions, it was regarding foreign currency. I think their personnel are not experienced enough...don't know. Today, I went to this branch to pick up foreign currency I paid for, and two personnel adamantly informed me the money was not here. When a personnel from USBank called and said to me "your money is here to be picked up", these two personnel saying "it is not here" is not good enough. I said what happened to MY money? They told me come back in a few days till they figured it out. I said it was waste of time, besides, I had an assurance from your personnel that the money was here. They stopped talking to me, so I sat in front of one of them at teller's dest, and started to call upper management personnel a vice president and a customer relationship. After 5 min or so, finally, one of them said the pick up location was a different branch office. 1: If anyone in the past told me that a buying location and a pick location would be different, I would not be writing this review. 2: If I did not sit and stay long enough, this issue was not resolved because they dismissed me after I complained. I am again disappointed in their personnel and the lack of customer skills. The bank has many good personnel such as Mr. Basilio Gomez and Mr. Ronaldo Lovato: both are smart, gentle, kind, capable, and have always helped me out in the past. But, I needed to leave a one-star review for this branch today. Too bad, for I do not review hardly ever.
This branch has arguably the worst tellers and customer service I have ever seen.
I came in after calling ahead to ensure I’d be able to obtain a cashier’s check for a home purchase. As soon as I was asked for the amount needed, everything went south. The teller stated that was over the limit he was authorized to issue and that he would have to call support to review my funds before issuing the check. I said it would hopefully be quick, as there were plenty of funds available. The teller then states, “It should be IF that’s true.” Unprofessional. I’ve banked with US Bank for 10 years and have never been treated like that. He then stated it would take AT LEAST 15-20 minutes for them to verify I actually have the funds. What? I asked if there was someone on site approved to issue that amount I need and was informed no, no one is on site. Then the request form for support isn’t working, of course. They work on that for awhile and it’s starting to feel like they simply don’t want to issue my funds. Finally, the form works, and the support team is able to verify and approve my funds within 2 minutes. I say thank you, have a nice day, and the teller ignores me and asks for the next customer lol. What a nightmare. Considering a new bank after this encounter.
My 5 star review is solely and purely because of a worker there who often works the drive thru. She is a middle aged Hispanic she could also be Native American; i do not want to make an ignorant assumption lady named Marcia. I work as a nanny and am paid via check weekly for my services. I have a savings account with US Bank from an old checking account I used to have and have since closed. I never bothered to close to close thag savings account however which means technically im still allowed to cash checks without paying a fee. My employers' are with US bank which is why I use this old account to cash my paychecks. Anyway, back to Marcia. After a handful of weekly interactions from me cashing my paychecks in the drive thru, she began to greet me by name and would go ahead and get my check cashed out without me even having to ask because she would remember what I need. She even deposits the check to cover the negative balance that sometimes occurs from the maintaince fee going through. She will fill out th paperwork needed also so that all I have to do is sign. She makes everything SO incredibly pleasant and easy. I actually look forward to our weekly interactions. Her customer service skills are incredible but she is also just a good human. She deserves a huge raise! Please tell her that Charlie is very grateful to her for handling her weekly paychecks with so much care and efficiency. And give her a large raise immediately!
This Bank used to have some of the friendliest workers I've ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with and now there's only one or two people that don't have a horrible attitude. And the worst part is the manager has the worst attitude of them all. And she's training her new employees to have the same bad attitude as well. It's sad to see this banking institution going downhill but if it's based off of this Branch at all it's in bad shape and if you happen to be a non-us bank customer then any sort of customer service skills they do have which are very little are not going to be wasted on you. Lacey is the only employee at that US Bank branch location that is always nice courteous and willing to help at any time. I'm not sure who trained him but if he could train the rest of the people in advance including the manager you'd be better off. I will never visit that Branch again and it is thanks to the manager Bernie and another girl named Brandy who was nice enough to give me a bad attitude without even speaking to me.
Everyone in the branch is lovely and the wait is not long on certain days and times. However Minette Lebrecht is not the best when it comes to customers service. All tellers know me and are very polite ask me how I’m doing and what it is I need. When it comes to Minette I don’t get a hello nor how can I help you, when it comes to giving me my receipt she tosses it across the counter along with my ID no thank you or have a nice day. If it wasn’t for the other staff at this branch I would drive out of my away another 20 minutes to see another us bank location. Mind you I’m a regular here I make my daily work deposit at this location and this is the only bank teller that treats me with this rude behavior.
