Overall a pretty good cafe. Everything was stocked up and I’d say 9/10 of the food that I had was really good.

The buffet looked very good and fresh and seems to be worth trying out. Also the sweets section is very well stocked up and looks delicious. They actually have a coffee machine delivering coffee with a taste which is great. A star off for the old uncomfortable seating and atmosphere.

what was going on? mac and cheese was good

There is a decent cafeteria style food court at the U.S. Capital. We had cheesecake and chocolate cake here and coffee. The coffee was standard American brewed and the desserts were surprisingly good. There is also a souvenir and gift shop if you fancy making a purchase or two before leaving.

My earlier glowing 5 star review is still true. I just wanted to add one thing: Chicken. Tikka. Masala. You'll thank me! Creamy, spiced perfectly the medium has a touch of kick, flavorful, tender chicken, thick thick curry, its got it all.

My son has celiac disease and the staff at the cafe was AMAZING. They informed us of ingredients and walked around with my son and I to explain menu. I was super impressed with there knowledge and willingness to help.
