Not enough help in this store & the one and only guy there had to run across the parking lot to break bills to.make change. He was awesome but the wait time to.pay on my phone bill was not. Best to just pay over the phone.

Where do I even begin? I came into the store to get onto a phone plan for the first time by myself and was super nervous. Darek T. Helped me throughout the entire process. He was so kind and funny and made a stressful experience, a great one. I walked out with a perfect fit of a phone and phone plan and a huge grin! Thanks D-man!

Way to expensive, the people that work there do not quote the actually amout there going to charge you and when you ask why your being charged that they can't even explain why that is the price. Would not recommend us cellular.
