Rudest people ever! Waited in line to just pay my bill for half an hour while the guy at the counter was bullsh*tting with the customer in front of me. Saw about ten people that were waiting behind me leave till finally I did too. Avoid this store go to the nobhill one much better customer service.

I would give it a 0 if I could... bad service. Poorly managed.. waits are over an hour they skip people in line. Understaffed and still sends employees home. Employees rude when you call them out on skipping your turn. Both yakima at Northgate is the same.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. 6 months being over charged for horrible service. The only associate worth mentioning is Franco. Good luck getting any assistance after your purchase, they have you call customer service for simple tasks they would rather just not do. They are only interested in sales. Also double check that the items you pay cash for don’t also get added to your account. Payed an extra 150$ without even knowing it. However, good ‘ol uscell would compensate 15$. Go to Verizon :) or any other company.

This store is the absolute slowest cell phone store I have ever been to. They are unprofessional and take forever to get anything done
