The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I have to go twice a week for drug testing and they are always very accommodating and just easy to work with. Marlyn, Mario, Stacy, Jansi and everyone have been great working with and I greatly appreciate all their help and hard work! This process hasn't been easy for me but they helped me get through it and I'm so appreciative! Thank you to everyone at the Ontario Concentra!

Middle-Aged Lady at front desk must have missed her lunch when I went, there was 3 people in front of me but was lazy to read my medical form. It clearly stated I was in there for a physical and with attitude, she asked, “why are you here? It doesn’t say why you’re here on your paperwork.” Then I pointed out where it clearly stated “New Employee, Needs Physical” then feeling dumb, she’s like oh, ok, have a seat I’ll be sending you a text with a survey for you to fill out.

Very long waiting time, staff are like a robots specially the one taking blood pressure , except the dr was awesome

Came to the Concentra location in Ontario for a drug screening. On Initial walk in, seems like the lobby was empty so I figured this would not take long. Signed in and waited to be called up. As I went up to the counter, I let the lady at the front know I was there for a drug screen. Asked for my ID and took the paperwork with her to the back. I’m standing waiting for more than 10 minutes before finally being seated, which I done myself since she didn’t tell me otherwise. Finally was called in to do my test which only took 3 minutes. What I don’t understand is why it took me more than an hour to be seen for what took 3 minutes. They seem unorganized and unbothered with getting things done.

I was denied service because I walked in to the clinic feeling ill, and I hadn’t taken a COVID-19 test. This was told by the front desk clerk, and I was never properly evaluated.

Dr hidari is a great doctor…. Staff seems cool… but they definitely need more doctors and a bigger facility for the amount of patients that go there every day. I waited 5 1/2 hours just to see the doctor for 20 minutes. Every concentra has this problem. They obviously are trying to maximize their profits. Workman’s compensation and companies obviously feed them their clients so it will probably never change…but if your there for personal reasons go somewhere else.

the place was clean and the employees were great it was the personal information I did not like I have nothing to do with DOT I'm a warehouse forklift driver a non DOT driver and was asked for my drivers license. which should have nothing to do my job be sent to DOT now who knows what could happen get a point for a accident. and if I refused would I get fired from my job

This place is a barn. They are unprofessional and rude. often there is no doctor even there and the waiting room is full. If you go there expect to be disrespected.

One star for long time waiting only for random drug test. Do you even know that I have to hold “the sample” and not using the restroom while you hanging around and giggling with one another?

The Doctors, are great and physical therapists also take time to get you through the process as you go through your pain process. I am still, in the process and hope to get better.
