Was just in yesterday. There was a line with a few people in front of me, but I was impressed how quickly they worked and I wasn't in there too long. Ali was incredibly helpful and professional. You can tell he really knows his stuff. And he called to follow up not long after I got home! Great people, great service. I highly recommend this location.
If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my laptop in November of last year to get the charging port fixed. I had no communication throughout the entire process, so I would go into the store to check. The original quoted lead time was two weeks, the job was finally completed two days ago. An entire two months behind schedule. I was charged a multi day repair for something as simple as a few hours, and every time I asked about it the staff was extremely rude and abrasive. I overpaid for services not received at all and now the laptop screen appears to have damage done to it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. There's no support to contact and when I asked they said their district manager might give me a call. so now I've waited two months to get my device fixed, and I've received it back damaged. 10/10 would never recommend this shop
I took my switch lite for a battery issue and they told me it would take 24 hours - 48 hours to get back to me in the diagnosis, a whole week went by so I decided to come to the store and gave me the switch back with a broken lcd screen, my switch was not cracked before bringing it, shady
I dropped off our device on Sunday 11/6 and the lady who checked it stated I would receive a call later that day regarding when it would be ready for pick up. The day went and I never received a call and I took it as they weren't able to call as I had over heard them tell another customer who was there that they were short staffed that day. Today is Wednesday 11/9 and I still had not received a call so I thought I would call in and check the status since the websites "track a repair" option is poorly built and doesn't actually work. The guy who picked the phone sounded like he didn't even want to be there and had a bad attitude. After he found our repair ticket, he stated that "we need to order your part because we don't currently have it." I asked when it would be ready for me to pick up and he stated "we're currently short staff and we'll probably either put in the request today or tomorrow and can pick up the device a week from today." Shocked at the lack of professionalism from not getting the phone call I had been promised, I said "wow" and he was quick to said "you can come pick it up if you don't want to wait a week." I told him I would wait at this point since it's already there and end the call. This will be the first and last time I go to this location.
There is zero sense of urgency to take care of the customers here. I feel bad for the employees because they're forced to push the add-ons and push the home insurance. They were unable to repair my phone and did not offer any suggestions. They told the girl in front of me to break her phone glass open to pull out her SIM card! The gentleman in front of her had to repeat himself multiple times because they couldn't grasp what he was saying even though it was so simple. He had explained how he brought his phone in there multiple times and they asked him if he'd been there before . The girl that works there was very personable and was doing the best she could because she was there by herself when I FINALLY got service. assurance please Hire some new additional help. Thumbs down to the dudes
Made all appointment on line, when I showed up there was one person waiting in front of me and not even a single employee. You could hear someone talking in back but nobody even looked their head out to check. Two other customers came in after me and walked out after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Worst customer service I've ever seen.
Amazing customer experience, timely repair and knowledge leveraging to get me back on my way. Sooo grateful for store number 87 in North Phoenix Arizona. Love these guys. Adrian is the best. He needs a raise.
I came in for a front glass replacement after I contacted my insurance company on the website. Lo and behold I found out that to replace my Samsung S10 Plus glass front I had to also replace my back glass. So I went ahead and did this and the new owner/manager was very gracious in giving me a discount but I still had to pay for the back glass. I still gave a five-star review because they did do a nice job and the glass situation is an insurance issue that I will bring up with my company. Work was done very nicely and on time.
Took my phone in to do a front screen repair, came back 4 hours later to pick up and was told they found a Crack on the back panel and the tech missed seeing it when I dropped it off for service. Theres no way there was a Crack on the back when I dropped it off, it had been in an otterbox case its entire life. The Crack they are referring to is in the middle top of the phone well protected under the case. They cracked the back panel while trying to do the repair and then didn't take credit for the damage they caused. The customer in front of me had a similar issue and left the store very dissatisfied... I should've taken that as a hint of what was to come. Avoid this store. I've filed a claim but who knows how its going to turn out. Sad. I wish I had not had to go to this store.
Wretched experience. I called them and told them I was flying to Alabama the next day and needed a same-day repair. They said they could do it. I gave it to them, and they looked at it, and said it would be done by 3 PM. I come back at 3 PM and they tell me there was some damage to the back glass, so I would have to pay $100, or would have to put in a full claim with AT&T to get a phone replacement. So I took my phone back and made this commitment to give them a one-star review for wasting my time, and now I will fly to Alabama with an inoperable phone. Don’t use these guys. Please.
