Open times are not updated with Verizon. Had an appointment scheduled for 5:00PM, and when I got there they were closed. No signage on the door saying the times were different that the times on the door. No contact from uBreakiFix about the appointment being made at closing time. Checked Google and time was updated on search, but not with Verizon's systems. Another appointment was made the next morning by a Verizon manager for 2PM. When I arrived there was a sign posted that they were out for lunch. No contact made on their part to inform of this lunch break. The employee didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all, and was not very helpful or seem knowledgeable about the issue that I was having with my phone; screen washout / fadeout.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Came here to get a diagnostic of my pixel phone and then my laptop. Would recommend the home+ subscription to save on diagnostic fees if you have many electronic items that you’d like to get serviced.
They charge $180 for a camera lens glass replacement. Fortunately I asked around. The M.Y. Phone Repair a block away only charged a third of that price and fix my phone in 20 minutes. Material cost is like $10 from Amazon. So their labor is worth $170 per 20 minutes?! Stop taking advantage of your community, but be a friend and help!
Extremely disorganized and terrible customer service. I made an appointment online and when I got there I was told they already had too many phones to repair and that I should come back after a couple of weeks. Why do you even accept appointments if you cannot deal with them? Wasted an hour of time for no reason. Will definitely NOT be using or recommending their services in the future. Surprised they are still in business... don't go there if you don't want to waste your time.
Not sure who runs this store but they need to reevaluate their hiring process. Just left the shop and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I own a few local restaurants so I understand how customers can be at times. However I was just asked the lady at the counter a simple question and got nothing but attitude back. I explained to her I run 3 businesses off my phone and if they could call Samsung since my phone wouldn't pass diagnostics. This happened last time too with a new screen at the Santa clara store and they called Samsung to walk them through the diagnostics and with a little care they got it to work. But not today. All I received was combative answers and when I asked nicely to try calling Samsung cause I run my restaurants off my phone her response was "not my problem" a customer service rep should ever tell a customer it's not their problem. That's obviously the case. It's not her phone so it's mine so it's my problem. All I asked is if they called Samsung like the other store did. When I asked her name she ran to the back and sent her co worker out who was just as rude. Being a business owner I would never have these type of employees at my business. They seem miserable and unhappy they work here and it reflects on the service they provide. If this is the standard this store strives for they knocked it out the park. I don't typically leave reviews but these workers were so rude I had no choice. Please avoid this place and go to another location.
Great service! Had a lightning charger tip break off inside iphone 12. They fixed it in <5min and didn't even charge me. Thanks for the great support!
Misleading and unhelpful. I made an appointment. I was asked what phone I had and what color it was when I made the appointment. When I showed up at the agreed time, I was kept waiting for over 10 minutes in the lobby with nobody present to greet me. When the attendant appeared, they asked me again what phone I had, and then told me they only had a part that cost three times more, meaning it would cost over $300 to do a job they previously said would cost $99. Then they told me that another store might have the part and that I could call around on my own to see. She was unwilling to call for me, and did not have any phone numbers to share. This set me back by 4 hours. I had to start over at another store. I was upset because it was a huge waste of my time. If you run low on parts, look at your upcoming appointments that need those parts and call them to reschedule or cancel before they drive out to meet you and are turned away at that point. That was about $8 in gas that was wasted for NO REASON. And you were rude and unhelpful. I will not return.
I came todaya Tuesday at 10:30. Your hours are 10-7. There was a sign on the front door saying you guys were closed for a lunch break and would reopen at 3:30. Does this really mean that for over half of your available hours you are not actually open? In what world does someone need a 5 hour lunch break? And even if they did what sense does it make to take one 30 minutes after opening? I've called multiple times with no answer. Not professional at all which is a shame because I've had repairs here before with 0 complaints.
Made appt online, morning of got reminder email. When i got there i was told their samsung station was down. Wasted an hour of time for no reason. I asked for a consideration for my troubled but they said no, offered my a phone number to call. Will not be using their services in the future.
Nick offered top-notch service and replaced my Pixel 6 pro screen on the same day I made an appointment, and within one hour after me bringing it in. He is super helpful, professional and friendly, and offer a promotion. I cannot be happier with the experience at the Cupertino store. Will definitely come back and recommend the store and Nick without any hesitation.
