The place was clean and staff was very pleasant. No place to sit, the only chair in there I think is for "just in case" someone really has to sit. The quality of work was good. There is an option to go online and make an appointment which I think is a good idea as it gives you some idea on how busy they are. There is no guarantee that they may have parts on hand for your specific repair but they check that for you and give you your options. Check in process took too long especially since I was there the day before to set-up the appointment. The parts which were set aside for my appointment were put away also. Although my repair was completed on time but as told I did not get any notification that my repair was done.
I wasted $130 on a screen repair that lasted a couple of weeks. When I went there to use the warranty I was told that it’s voided because of an “internal crack” that I can’t even see. Don’t be fooled by them promoting themself as authorized by Google. The warranty is a scam and I can’t trust their workmanship and parts quality.
Came in without an appointment because my iPhone stopped charging an hour before. The worker, Tony was super nice about me coming in without one and took a look at it in the back. He gave it back to me saying it was fixed because of build up corrosion and this all took under 5 minutes. Very fast, efficient and a nice environment provided by Tony .
I made an appointment to fix my phone here, and drove half an hour to get to this place. It was closed due to "short-staffing". In that case the least they could have done was to send me an email or text to cancel the appointment. Instead they sent me an email to remind me the appointment was today. Ridiculous.
Came in to fix my charging port for my phone and Anita and Wyatt were extremely helpful. They actually fixed my problem without even charging me a dollar, and it only took like 15 minutes. This was after I went somewhere else who was going to charge me $120 to replace the charging port. Will definitely come back in the future.
Picked my supposedly repaired phone up on Tuesday. Turned it on, and immediately a line appeared across the screen and green shading. I left the phone on my counter, and then left on a work trip with my backup phone. When I brought the phone in on Sunday to ask them to fix the broken screen, they refused, stating that there was evidence of pressure damage. Again - the phone was NEVER USED. It sat on my counter for several days, precisely because it didn't work. The only way for there to be pressure damage would be a poor quality repair, because I never used it. This location either did not appropriately repair my phone, or does sloppy work. I'm not sure which - but it is clear that they do not stand behind their work, as they refused to repair the damage they caused.
If you, like me, damage your phone this is the place to go. Also if your battery needs replacing I would come here. If you don't want to go to a dealer, your phone company, or someplace else this is the place to go. This is my second time having to use them and I would use them again because they're friendly they seem efficient and they tell you what's up. The only complaint I have about the place is that sometimes you have to wait in a line!
My paper shredder conked out on me, so I was looking for an electronics fix-it place. UBreakiFix showed up in the search results. But I was never able to determine if they took more than just mobile devices/computers. I tried to contact someone, but the process didn't work for me can't remember why--I think I just wasn't able to send my query. Anyhow, I can't say whether this place is good or bad. But I do know it would probably just be cheaper to buy a new shredder.
Anita, Jose, and Tony did a wonderful job with my Google phone problem. Very short time to tesolve a problem i worked on for hours. I really appreciate their work and thoughtfulness.
Guy was very nice but they didn’t have the part needed to fix my Galaxy so it was going to take three days and $270.00 Went to Best Buy and bought another phone instead!
