Dominic was an amazing tech that fixed my phone and very customer friendly. I enjoyed my service and the great info he gave me on my phone. My iPhone display is great, new protector and most of all I don’t feel obligated to upgrade my phone because the one I have is perfect for another 2 years. All thanks to Dominic. Give him a raise

They replaced my phone battery but my camera is not focusing properly anymore. Now uBreakiFix is not claiming any responsibility for it the manager initially made it sound like it wouldn't be a problem and ordered the part. When I made an appointment online for the battery, I showed up to the store only to be told they don't have the battery in stock. Then I had to call uBreakiFix several times to check on the status, rather than them notify me. I would only reconsider using them again because they are an approved shop by samsung.

I had called before to see if they had parts for my specific phone, which the woman who picked up the phone said they did. I drop my phone off around 12 which is where the issues began. I was initially told it'd be 2 hours for a screen replacement, I said alright and left. Came back at 230 just to find out they hadn't even touched my phone yet and was told it'd be another 45 minutes, a little angrier I said ok amd left. Came back at 4 just to find out they had just started on my phone and now they say we'll we actually have to order the parts. I tell them to just give me my phone back while the guy at the counter is still trying to push me to let him order the parts. I tell him no and as I'm on my way home I notice there's now quite a bit of new damage to my phone. I call them and ask and of course they refuse it, not surprised they like to lie since that's how the entire interaction started with them.

Fixed my back camera lens and left a lot of debris under the cover. This was in a Charlotte NC location. Took it back to a Albuquerque location and said camera was damaged. Charlotte location didn't indicate a damage. I recommend other options for phone repair

They couldn't fix the broken display on my phone, but despite trying for more than 2 hours they charged me nothing. Very friendly and good customer service.

Used my Google Fi protection plan to get my cracked screen fixed. Initially there was a little mishap as they were fixing my screen but they worked with me and went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

I went to target to get a protective screen cover for my iphone and they wanted 30-40 bucks for a box of one! No way, so stopped in to You Break I Fix and they had one installed professionally and it only costs 10 bucks before taxes. Looks great. It’s nice to find someone who doesn’t overcharge!

When I first brought it in 9 months ago, for a broken camera cover glass, they said they would replace the lens if scratched. They did not, and as the images grew worse I brought it back. Of course it was not their fault they did not discover the scratched lens, so $300+ later I finally have my less than 1 year Note 20 taking good pictures.

Outstanding customer service. Dominic was very helpful and professional! Very honest and quick repair made to my device. I’m now going to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend this business!

Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff. I walked in- no appointment- expecting a large repair bill for an old iPhone that wouldn’t charge. 10 minutes later I left with a working phone- free diagnostic determined phone wasn’t broken. Just needed a good cleaning, which they provided at no charge. I couldn’t be more pleased with this location. Second time I’ve gone in and both times I’ve gotten quick, efficient and reasonably priced resolutions to my problem.
