I really like their customer service; even though I didn't get my phone fixed. I can really appreciate the customer service experience I had there. Brittney definitely seemed well on her knowledge about the company, the policies and my alternative steps to resolving my issue best as she can . James was extremely pleasant when coming in and Cornell was super attentive to me and everyone waiting in and out side the store. They are extremely busy and I can understand why, they provide great service. I will be bringing my other electronics here so I can guarantee I will get exceptional service. Like I said they are extremely busy but customer service was great and that's what I look for in a business. Highly recommend.
Holy cow, cannot thank the folks at this store enough for bringing a busted phone back to life. Wife dropped her Pixel 3a on Thanksgiving face down on a brick sidewalk and the image immediately went wonky and it was unusable. Called this store the next day and they made it like new in 60 minutes. Check out the before and after shots if you don't believe me. $130 for the repair and well worth it compared to traveling without a phone. Special shout out to Howard for being a real nice guy and making the experience super smooth!
This a review more for the scheduling system rather than this actual location, which seems to be staffed by lovely competent people. The store hours changed but Asurion, the company that owns UbreakIfix still let me schedule an appointment for a time when they were closed. Pretty annoying, and concerning since this is, you know, a tech company. Geek Squad, here I come!
I had a really bad experience at this shop. They initially "fixed" my cracked screen and charged me for a new one. The problem is that their replacement wasn't properly glued and it detached from my phone soon after. When I went back the guy was rude and uncooperative. I won't be using their services anymore.
Cornell was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting around my cracked phone screen, identifying the issue was isolated to my screen protector, and quickly installing a replacement screen protector. Excellent service. Much appreciated!
