Wonderful sushi! Perfect service by Jay. We used to live in JC and would go to there at least once a week. If you order from UBU just order "Hobokenaki" It is so perfect, I dream about it everyday!! Perfect

At first, my stupidity put the review in the question section. Although I would love to say here that I genuinely love this place. Staff is so welcoming and sweet plus the food was amazing. I was also satisfied with the prices. I am definitely going back there.

Ubu is amazing in terms of comfort. Run by two amazing gentlemen, warm and welcoming, they make sure to service exceptionally every time. The food is amazing and my favorite is their teriyaki bowls and age tofu.

The place to go for ramen and sushi! Very friendly staff. Very quiet place where you can have a nice conversation with your partner. And the best part? Bring your own bottle!

Drove all the way to Hoboken to pick up food from this little hole in the wall and was not disappointed. Not only was the food delicious but it was also packed so nicely and ready so fast! Definitely going to come back again. The spider roll was amazing. And the chicken ubu bowl was so generous in portion and very good as well.

Outstanding scene for quality japanese food. Got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. I will be back with my coworkers. This place has a cool design. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.

Tiny sushi that isnt very good. Much better options in area.
