As a police officer and very hardworking person stay away from this place. They dont know what they are doing and they canceled their old business that was on York Road because of Fraud. The IRS said they never received the return i filled under their other LLC they canceled causing me 20k Feds and 10k to state of maryland. Dont go to this place.!!!

Horrible experience. I began communication with them in January and submitted all of my paperwork by the end of February. I sent in my deductions towards the end of March and come April 15th, THEY DID NOT FILE! I have NEVER missed a filing deadline, and after repeated emails and texts they said that they are unable to help and complete my taxes because they need all receipts. This would have been VERY helpful to know before the filing deadline. DO NOT USE. Terrible.

Unlike other tax services who file your taxes and offer no advice to mitigate IRS issues, this couple will provide advice & counsel. Yes, I've had to wait in their comfy, accommodating waiting room, but I understand that when I meet with either of them, I'm not going to be rushed through my appointment without having full knowledge of how the previous tax year affected my refund. I absolutely will continue to patronize and refer.

The service at A year Round Tax Service is excellent I have always gotten my business and personnel taxes done there and I would not go anywhere else. The service is very professional and very personal. When you get your taxes done by a professional they must talk to you to ensure that you are getting all the deductions you are entitled to, software and someone trained for a week cannot replace a seasoned professional like they have here. Excellent service.

Horrible Experience, I scheduled an appointment last week for 9:30 am. I arrive at 9:15 am and was the first to arrive. By the time 9:30 came another young lady comes in. At 9:50 am is when the smalls actually arrive to the office. And they come get the young lady first. Im not worried because I know im next. And I know its two tax people so... i have to be next. Mr. Small “The President” comes in and tells me Ill be seen soon. I let him know that I had an appointment at 9:30 and I was the first to come in. He immediately begins making excuses for why hes late and im like “I dont care about the excuses im paying you for a service and you treating me like this.” He cuts me off and tells me that I can leave and reschedule another appointment. Im like i just want to be seen. His wife tells me that hes the president and he can do as he pleases. Im not sure whats going on with them this morning but a very bad first impression.

My first time getting taxes done and they treat me poorly, i was yelled at by the president mr small. DO NOT SUPPORT This ghetto establishment
