uFly Simulator

We had the opportunity to fly both the Boeing 777 and the 737. All of the people at U-fly were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend U-fly to anyone who is interested in flying a flight simulator either to improve their piloting skills or to just have fun. All of the people are very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of flight.

Great experience, went with my adult son, we both enjoyed it. Big step up from the old flight simulators on your desktop computer. Session was as advertised, and our "instructor" (Aaron) was excellent. I'm not a pilot but a serious aviation geek, and this was ideal. I will be back for more.

BE AWARE – very unethical business!!! Promised to do $100 cash no tax for 1 hour (because they hate government) When we arrived they asked for $150 cash. They wouldn’t honour any earlier price promises they made, which was $100. I offered groupon (value $95) they asked for an additional fee of $50, they claimed there is a fine print that informs about it. Wrong!!! No mention about it. Policy made up on the spot. They will manipulate you any way they can, be very careful. I wanted to record my friend’s flight, well guess what, there is a $30 fee just so you can record. They don’t care the about your overall customer experience, there is a fee, after fee, after fee. This was a birthday gift for my friend and they completely ruined it. NOT COOL. AVOID THEM at all cost, there are a lot of other businesses like this with way better service. They never knew we are pilots and are heavily connected to the aviation world which could drive them a lot of business. Not anymore!!! They don’t care about you, all that matters to them is money, money and money and not you. Fees for everything. They will probably charge you for the toilet too!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Very bad and unprofessional service. Their mission is how to get most money out of you and NOT necessarily focus on you having a great flying expirience. They’re going to try to upsell you some useless gold packages, charge you extra fees for everything like groupon, extra person, footage, use of your own camera. They seem to have different prices for everyone. Some pay $80 cash, $100 cash or $150 cash per hour, I guess it depends how well you can negotiate. One positive is that they don’t charge tax if you pay cash.. Be very careful when you deal with them. Many important details regarding their regulations are very hard to find and understand. Their claims are also false in regards to the realism of the flight simulator, it’s not realistic at all. Very bad experience. Will not return!!!
