Best shoes ever. Not cheap but worth every Penny. Keep you warm at the freezing days. From the first time I wore them I knew that they are something else. 5 stars to the shoe maker and to the people at this store who do a good job. Thank you.

Always love shopping in the village. Ordered my boots online and was able to pickup at store. We was in and out real quick. Customer service was great.

Was just here the other day exceptional service especially from the manager. A lot of people who wrote the bad reviews below do not know what they're talking about everyone had their mask on and was kind enough to offer sanitizer. Also there was not a lot of people in the store there was someone by the door checking.

Bad attitude and very slow service

How is this store even allowed to be open? It’s narrow and the back of the store is packed with customers. There is absolutely no social distancing observed. I stopped by to return an item and was shocked by the level of customer service and lack of COVID procedures.

The staff was making me feel very uncomfortable. They was very rude to me from the time I walked into the doorway. But was very nice to the white customer that came in after me.

Went to exchange an online order. The service was fast and pleasant. Everyone was courtesy. Would definitely go back!
