This WAS going to be a 3 star review but I have to give a very special thank you to Jim and Bob in the Box Office for quickly and politely helping out! And a special thank you to Jim for all the knowledge about the theater accessibility. The theater really does need better handicapped options. There IS a special needs section, but the seating choices are either a wheelchair (which can be embarrassing for some individuals), or a unfolding (metal?) chair with no arms (which MANY if not most special-needs individuals would not be able to hold themselves up in for a 2 hours show...). This is an easy fix, buy a few portable nicer chairs with arms to make your special-needs guests feel their at a special event too. Otherwise great staff and experience by and large.

I love going to work here with the Milwaukee Symphony. Drop off area in the front is convenient. The ticket office has late hours. And Red Arrow park has a skating rink across the street, I went skating with co-workers today!

They always put on amazing performances. I like sitting in the loge vs balcony. Same price but easier to see.

Saw Andreas Delphs return as conductor. Was not disappointed. Great seats and wonderful performance by MSO.
