Ulta Beauty

First off I was followed all around the store. I know my way around a makeup counter and I really just didn’t feel like chatting with this girl. Then The older lady ringing me up had a terrible attitude, earlier that day I had spend a lot of money at Sephora but I liked that particular Ulta’s selection better, so I said “I wish I would have came here instead of spending hours in Sephora” and the lady looked strait in my face and said “OKAY” and then was silent the rest of the time ringing up my stuff. I’m a VIB Rouge status at Sephora, and I guess the lady thought I was some sort of bum because I wasn’t dressed the nicest, but that’s because I was literally in the middle of a move but wanted a shopping break. I really DONT want to go back.

disappointing experience in the salon . Showed the salon manager a picture of what i wanted .she did what was convienent for her. I had very grown out roots and wanted blonde ombre but came out darker. She actually put the whole bottom half of my hair BLACK🤤 and I asked for Blonde ombre

I have loved this store for a long time, but since I had an appointment at the brow bar I feel a bit better informed to write a review. Entrusting my eyebrows to another person was a scary experience for me, but now I'm sure I'll be a regular! Nicole courteously and professionally talked me through everything she was doing. She sampled great products on me and told me about them without pressuring me to purchase any of them. She was lovely. I have not been to their salon, but I've heard great things. As far as the store itself, items are well-organized and easy to find. The store is clean and the associates are helpful without being pushy. If I can't find something, they're happy to help! I have noticed that many makeup lines lack shades befitting darker-complected consumers, but this seems to be an industry problem, not a failing on Ulta's part. This particular Ulta store exceeds my expectations just about every time I go in.
