Ulta Beauty

Was in the store for 30 mins and no one helped, said hello or anything. A staff member actually bumped into me and still said nothing. Had someone actually said something to me then I would have spent more money. Also, the store was not very well kept.

My first visit here and was very pleased with the selection of items offered. The prices of most everything is very reasonable. The store was crowded but I had an easy time moving around without bumping into anyone. Though no one asked me if I needed help finding anything.

Rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful staff. Acted like i was an annoyance at the counter. A feeling that you are unwelcome and a general nuisance is the feeling I get there(on several occasions). Worst Ulta I have ever visited,would rather have gone to Hagerstown to shop in order to hopefully to get some customer service. I did get the item i wanted at the store,it was in stock which is why I gave 2 stars because I got what I came for,(nobody in the store greeted me or offered to help) I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future,I would order on line before I would go to this store again.

Love Ulta! However, I went there to get my wedding makeup done, and it was horrible.The lipstick wasn't even done right. I kept telling her what to do because it honestly didn't look like she knew what she was doing. She wouldn't have done my eyebrows if I didn't say anything because she said they "already looked fine": Such a snarly.....sarcastically rude lady. I went in there with a picture of a makeup look and got something completely different. The girl in the picture had very similar features so I knew it could work, because I understand that some people have different eye shapes and whatnot but I made sure to find a picture with someone who had my type of eyeshape. I have never written a review for anything but this one was worth it. Also, I had my hair done at some other place, and my curl had gone flat, so I asked the lady if she can just recurl the one strand (just one) of hair because I was supposed to be at the church for my wedding at that moment and could not go back home to fix it. Yeah, she was about to charge me $20 for that, but luckily, I had said something and she changed it to $10. My appointment was at 2pm, but she started at 2:30.....therefore making me late to my wedding by the time she got done. I'm okay with being late, but because the makeup wasn't even worth it, that's where it becomes a bit upsetting. I believe she was the salon manager. She's probably amazing at hair, but definitely not makeup.
