Clean and spacious store. Compared to other Ulta stores in Atlanta, collection of beauty products is less. They need to check inventory and restock the items. Customer service needs improvement. Store is located in first floor of Buckhead station.

This location could improve on their customer service. If you want to discreetly watch to see if people are stealing invest in cameras. I was followed around the store throughout my entire shopping experience. Ive never been to ULTA before and i was amazed by the amount of products available. After browsing for an hour and spending over $300.00 i will not be returning to this location due to the experience of being followed.

The stars are for the purchase not the customer service. My experience was mediocre at best. I went in for a gourmand fragrance and the woman knew nothing about that. She was only interested in selling me whatever and wanted me to sniff perfumes that were total opposite of what I was looking for. She is not a specialist. I wish they would hire people that actually know about perfume. Upon checkout a man with butterfly locks rung up my order. I was having some difficulties with the method of payment and figuring it out. During which he left me at the counter and took another customer at another stations next to me. He offered no assistance and if I hadn’t figured it out would have kept ringing up other customers. A DISGRACE and that is all I will say.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Needs to improve the customer service. Similar to the rest of the reviews on here. This group of employees are rude. They are ALWAYS huddled up & when you ask a question, it’s like they get mad because you interrupted them. I’m sorry you have to do your job. This is the 3rd time I have came into this location & experienced this. Definitely will not be returning to this location again!

I has a wedding last month and needed a cut anyway so I got a cut with my updo. Y'all, I wish Drew at the salon was local to me because this might be the best haircut of my life, no exaggeration. It's a month later and I can still just wash & go to bed with wet hair and my hair will look like this the next day without ANY styling. Yes, my hair has a bit of a natural wave but *trust me*, this is all the cut. My hair doesn't usually behave this well, ESPECIALLY after sleeping on it wet. I miss getting a photo of the updo but I was getting compliments on it ALL night, too. I had a black tie wedding at Cherokee CC and Drew definitely made sure I fit the part!

I come to this Ulta location regularly as it's the closest one to my workplace, and while I generally have a good experience the last few have been less than stellar because of the incessant high-pitched beeping that echoes around the store. I assume it's from security devices, I know this area has a lot of problems with loitering and theft. However it gives me a nasty headache and keeps me from wanting to spend time shopping there! It isn't occasional, it's a constant stream of "beep beep beep beep" the entire time you're shopping. Not just once, it's been like that every time I've come to this location in the past month. I don't know how the employees stand it, I would've quit after a single hour working in that environment. Employees have been kind and helpful and the store itself is lovely, just need to do something about that beeping.

I have been searching high and low for a lippie to replace my favorite “go-to” lippie that was discontinued Ellerie from Colourpop. Brittany asked me if I needed help searching and was able to help me find the closest match possible. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had such great customer service in a cosmetics store. Will be back!

I am on a business trip from NC and had to have my hair recolored. Sidney at Ulta Salon Buckhead went over and above with helping me. Not only is she great at what she does, but she was an amazing magician to bring my hair back to life! I am grateful to Sidney for helping me! If I lived in this area I would use Sidney all the time and recommend her to anyone that is looking for an wonderful beautician.

Extremely rude workers with poor customer service. When I walked in the employees just stared at me so I said "hello" to them. Amina and the worker with the long box braids could not muster energy to even speak. I actually wanted to set up a membership account, I'll wait until I go to my local Ulta. I have NEVER had an Ulta experience as dry and tired as this one.
