Gabby French is awesome! She worked total magic on me, while being super supportive to her team around her. I'm convinced she used magic to turn me into a fox. Sebastina absolutely continued the welcoming vibes as I checked out. I will be back!
Terrible customer service at this location. Stopped by before an appointment. Only 1 cashier, taking a little longer with customer before me. 2 other employees behind the counter acting oblivious. I had to leave so I would have time to make my appointment on time.
. This is a terrible Ulta , customer service is terrible, I was came here to use my gift card no one talks to you and that big tall white girl with that accent is trash , I will take my self to Sephora like I always do
Vanessa L. from eyebrows is amazing. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by her almost two weeks ago and they still look like I just got them done. She deserves a raise! I always come to ulta for my eyebrows because it’s quick but have never had someone who cares about their job and customers, do mine before until I booked with Vanessa.
Vanessa has to be the best I’ve ever had my brows waxed and tint from. My eyebrows look amazing, and so much better then I’ve ever seen. I love how helpful the staff is at this location as well, and Sharon not me who also works there has been so helpful when it comes for asking for any advice or questions I have when it comes to beauty products. I believe Vanessa is by far a miracle worker for what she has done with my brows and also help with products that I started using by her recommendations!
The ladies working at this Ulta location are certainly the best I have seen in the many locations I have shopped. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. Furthermore, they were not the least bit stuck up, which I feel like is hard to come by at other Ulta locations. These ladies made my experience wonderful. Thank you!
What an infuriating experience. I decide to go to the store today to get some personal time while my husband stays behind while my son naps. The entire time I’m there, I’m bombarded by 5-6 employees every other minute “still finding everything okay?” Honestly no, because you won’t give me a minute to myself, which is honestly quite similar to life with a toddler. How am I supposed to browse products if I’m unable to read labels or test products without y’all breathing down my back?! I’m not sure what action I took that gave off the vibe I was a threat to the store. It’s not okay to treat customers this way. I recognize my privilege in this situation. I really hope this is not how Ulta trains employees to recognize “threats.” It was beyond uncomfortable for me. Won’t be back.
This store has really great employees. My daughter and I visit here on a regular basis. The staff is knowledgeable about not just cosmetics but skin care as well and always ready to answer questions and make recommendations.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this specific location for years since it’s opening. I won’t be going back after today’s experience. I was dressed more casual and taking my time browsing through the aisles and new products since I haven’t been able to shop in store for a few months. I assume the manager middle aged lady approaches me asking if I’ve found everything okay in a very condescending tone. She began to follow me and look at me as I was looking down each aisle, assuming that I was intending to steal something. It made me so uncomfortable that I selected my final product and headed to the cash wrap. The cashier was extremely sweet, but the manager on duty this afternoon ruined my entire experience.
This store is amazing. Ashely did an awesome job on my brows. She was very friendly and super sweet. It was like I had known her my whole life. I felt very comfortable with her doing my brows right before my Wedding. Lauren is a great Manager as well. She went above and beyond for me. The entire atmosphere of the store is great! I highly recommend this store to everyone.
