I went in looking for makeup suggestions. Spenser very patiently worked with me and helped me to identify some fantastic products that I was able to use for my family photos. With Spenser’s help, I looked more polished than ever. His customer focus was outstanding and I really enjoyed my visit with him. In addition, the staff at the counter was also extremely friendly and helpful, including Elliana. She was very friendly, patient, and answered my questions in a very helpful way.

I'm obsessed with makeup and skincare so naturally Ulta is one of my favorite stores. I like how it has both drugstore brands AND high end brands, as well as a lot of bath and body stuff that Sephora doesn't have. That being said, I personally only use/wear high end makeup and skincare or make my own skincare products. I feel like lately Ulta has really been failing to keep their shelves stocked with makeup I can only speak to the high end stuff; I don't go near the cheap section. I don't know if this is a supply chain issue but they should fix it soon, because Sephora does not have the same issue. Also, the staff at this particular location were extremely annoying and overbearing. Whoever trained them need some training themselves. This is coming from someone who has worked in retail before. Get it together... like wow

I had an awesome experience here! The store was clean and organized! The staff seemed really friendly! Eliana helped me and she was so sweet and helpful! She helped me find the best foundation I've ever tried! It matched me perfectly and was perfect for my skin type!! I normally have dry skin and she brought me to NARS! She recommended some LA Roche Posay moisturizer +SPF underneath and my makeup has lasted me so much longer and feels and looks so much better on my skin! Thank you Ulta and Eliana for such a great experience!

I went into Roseville Ulta a few weeks ago because I needed a new foundation and I wasn’t sure what to get. I was immediately greeted by Jeannine Marie and she helped me find a great foundation for my skin color. She was very kind and patient and explained to me everything I need to know about the product. It was so fun shopping with her and I will be back again!

I don't recomend coming to this location for skin care products. I knew what I was looking for and they didn't carry it, which is fine. However I did ask the skin care counter if they had any suggestions for products that can make pores smaller. The first product she recommended to me was a product with its first 3 ingredients being water, denatured alcohol and mud. I'm not a dermatologist and i know ulta is a make up retailer but my research suggest that is not good skincare. I'd like a better expert in there who has a passion for skincare and actually knows some science behind it if theyre going to hound you to buy products.

First cashier was extremely efficient and helpful; this location by my work was pretty busy since I got there. She kept the line moving and informed me I had rewards to use. Will be back. Blonde hair, young, excellent customer service- hard to come by good service these days; please give her incentive to stay

I would highly recommend it as they have a very friendly staff who help a lot. Secondly u can find almost every brand cosmetics here.

From the moment I walked in seemed as though all eyes were on me. At least 15 staff members hanging around, watching me. I asked to staff about finding a foundation and they informed me they weren't doing full faces of make up at this time and pointed me in the direction to a brand of makeup. No help, no small talk, just them appearing to be constantly staring at me due to a physical disability or the color of my skin, making me feel uncomfortable. Too many staff members there to not receive help.

Clean, bright, has what you need - just rated as a 4 because it seems more expensive than your typical beauty supply chain. This location has a beauty too.

Clean and organized store, friendly associates, and they get online orders done super quickly. Also they let you browse without bothering you which is appreciated.
