I couldn’t even get in for a simple clipper cut. I kept getting calls saying stylists were unavailable and they tried to recommend another location. I’ll just get it cut at a barbershop. Ulta needs to get it together
Alex at the university ultra is absolutely incredible! helped me with everything and found every product i wanted. will definitely be back to work with him!
I usually don’t have a problem when I come in here but this girl followed me around like I was going to steal something but didn’t even ask me if I needed help. If you’re gunna devote your energy to make sure someone isn’t stealing maybe you could ask if they need something while you’re at it.
I need to say, Porsha is so amazing at doing hair. She is an artist! She too her time and took the most amazing care of me. She listened to my every need and made my vision come true. I teared up I was so happy. She is wonderful!
LaSaundra did the most masterful work on my brows. If I ever have another child. I'm naming it after her.
I go to Ulta to test new fragrances all the time, while Dillards does have a larger selection, Ulta employees don't hound or stand over you like Dillards does. When you do need help Staff is super friendly. Occasionally I ask a beautiful women or two, or three , Which smells better.
Ulta in Little Rock is a AWESOME place to shop.The staff was so nice and willing to help. I went in there looking for help for a rash that was on my face from a allergic reaction due to another product. Alex was such a huge help, he listened to my concerns and helped me find the best product. My face literally cleared up within four days after Alex helped me find the BEST products. Thank You Alex, you’re the BEST!!!
I cannot recommend Lasaundra enough for your brows! I always get compliments on mine and they are 1000% all due to Lasaundra. I will not let anyone else myself included touch my brows. She's been doing mine for at least 3 years now, probably longer. Not only is her work stellar, but she recommends the best products for your unique needs.
Disappointed in the service. Spent at least 15 minutes here looking for products. Never had any greeting or offer of help. The manager who was up by the checkout at the time snatched a piece of paper from the hand of an apologetic employee. Manager never made eye contact with any of the other employees, nor with me. The only employee who ever smiled at me was the young woman who had the piece of paper snatched from her hand. I hope for a friendlier atmosphere from a luxury item brick and mortar store.
