An almost catastrophe from water! We had a VERY positive experience with Ultimate Choice from beginning to end. We are seasonal residents in a two story condo community in LV. In early January, we were at our home on the east coast when our condo association manager contacted us to say that there was a “significant” water issue in our unit. It was first noticed by the adjoining neighbor as water was seeping under the adjoining wall. When our manager arrived and arranged entry into our unit, there was almost 2” of standing water on our tile floor. Water was cascading out of our heat exchanger in the attic. Within a few hours, UCR was on the scene with many commercial dehumidifiers and fans to begin the drying process. When we arrived the following morning, we met Steve Feris, UCR President, who clearly had ULTIMATE experience. His team had moved and/or covered our furnishings and cut out and removed large sections of drywall and insulation. Steve thoroughly explained his mitigation strategy to circulate hot air under floors and through the ceilings. It was effective and efficient, with the least amount of drywall removal, which would save us money on the rebuild. The rebuild was conducted during our absence. When we ultimately returned, we were amazed at how flawless the work was completed. We can’t see the drywall seams. The rough-coat finishes and the paint on the walls and ceilings blended and matched perfectly. During the entire process, Steve and Ashleigh were responsive to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.
ULTIMATE CHOICE RESTORATION WAS HIRED BY MY HOA TO REPAIR A COMPLICATED PROBLEM WITH MY DRYER DUCT EXHAUST PORTAL. EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND EXCELLENT IN THEIR WORK. AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DONE A SUPERVISOR CAME TO INSPECT AND MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK TOO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
We recently discovered a slow leak under our kitchen floor that had taken place over a long period of time. After mold remediation was complete, we started looking for contractors to put our kitchen, dining room, laundry room and garage back together again. Our entire kitchen was in the garage and cabinets had been torn out At that point we were not hopeful that our kitchen would ever look the same again After reading the reviews of Ultimate Choice Restoration, we included them in our process. And we are happy we did. Junior and his crew were very professional from start to finish. He returned the estimate within 24 hours. Every day we had workers here 8 o’clock sharp. Workers that stand out were Oscar, Samuel and Joe. We were amazed that each room looks exactly as it did before the mold and water damage, particularly our kitchen. Recently I had major water damage. Ultimate Choice with their team of professionals combined a repair with a new kitchen remodel. This extensive remodel was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Any small problems were handled with professional courtesy. My kitchen is beautiful!! The cabinets were refinished and look like new. The team was honest and reliable with exceptional skills. The owner stands behind his service and that is a major selling point for me. We had a flood at our house that resulted in some significant damage. Ultimate Choice's crew responded immediately and took care of everything. They helped us with understanding the insurance process and all their staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ultimate Choice was also able to do the repairs for us, which was great, since we didn't have to deal with a different company and we were comfortable with the staff here. The finished product looks excellent! My wife and I give this company an A+++ THANK YOU ULTIMATE CHOICE RESTORATION!!!
We hired Ultimate Choice for both repairs and renovations. We had previously left a positive review, but recent events have changed our minds. We had a warranty issue where a previous repair needed to be addressed. We tried for months to contact someone in order to get this issue fixed. We called the main office, and got a runaround on finding the invoice for the repair. The receptionist said that if we sent them the invoice, they could honor the warranty. We sent it, with no reply. We attempted to call the owner, Steve, and no reply. We emailed the Steve the invoice and the information on their website stating that there was a warranty. After two tries, no response at all. Finally, we left a voicemail no answer at the number saying we would address the issue with the contracting board if we didn't receive a response in 24 hours. No answer on that. While the initial work was done well, this lack of even an attempt at a follow up destroys any confidence we have in the business. Highly recommend you look somewhere else.
