My fiancé and I highly recommend Ultimate Diamond. We had a fantastic experience and could not be happier with the engagement ring we purchased. The whole team is wonderful; we had the pleasure of working most closely with Billy and Danielle. While we considered several jewelers, Ultimate Diamond quickly set themselves apart from the first appointment. We wanted to understand the 4Cs with in-person examples, and Billy patiently walked us through each one and showed us several diamonds to demonstrate the ranges. We were impressed with his willingness to give a solid diamond education and answer all our questions! without any commitment to purchase, and that combined with his no-pressure approach sealed the deal. Once we had defined our specific criteria shape, carat, color, the team found us a handful of diamond "finalists" to choose from - no small feat, as I understand radiant-shaped diamonds are relatively uncommon! Billy's expertise and guidance made the design process easy and fun, and both he and Danielle maintained great communication with us between appointments. On top of all that, pricing was fully transparent and super competitive - we felt we got an excellent deal. I never leave Google reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. You cannot go wrong working with Ultimate Diamond!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and we purchased our wedding bands from here. In addition, we also purchased a cross for our goddaughter's baptism. We worked with Gem who went above and beyond to help us with each purchase and treated us like family. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for! I can't say thank you enough!!

My fiancé and I walked in to Ultimate Diamond off the street in December 2021, and Billy was kind enough to help us, educate us, and assist us right then and there. I made a follow up appointment in the Spring of 2022 to see specific diamonds, and he again helped me design an amazing custom engagement ring. I went to Ultimate Diamond to buy a diamond ring which I promised for my mother after saving my hard earned money. Diana was the person who assisted me all throughout. She is very professional in her job. I have never felt being pressured in anyway. I was fully catered even when I was inquiring at first. She made the whole process extremely easy and relax for me. She even let me inspect the Diamond Ring that I bought under a GIA grade microscope. She really earned my trust as a customer and I will definitely go back to Ultimate Diamond in the future. We had an exceptional time working with Brian from Ultimate Diamonds. He worked tirelessly with us for months to source the perfect stone and create a dream ring— all while ensuring we were getting exactly what we envisioned. Along with my engagement ring, we also got my Husband’s band from there. Spending so much on something so meaningful can be frightening, especially this being our first time buying fine jewelry in this country. He made the process as stress free as possible, very informative and with full transparency and we are so in love with the result. Where’s to begin. From the moment we walked in they made us feel so comfortable. They helped educate myself and my fiancé on rings and diamonds and we’re not pushy sales people. They let us think it over and talk things through over the phone. Kareem, was top notch. He was such a gentleman, such a great business person and his helpfulness was amazing. I cannot thank him, Gem, Diana, and the whole Ultimate team enough. They are an amazing jeweler and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Would really like to thank Ultimate Diamonds, specifically Gem for all the help when buying my engagement ring and diamond. I had a really tight time frame since I was proposing in Europe but Gem made everything happen within the time frame he promised. I cannot rave enough about ultimate diamond. My fiancé and I went to a couple different jewelers before coming to ultimate diamond and nothing is comparable. We met with Brian, who is an absolute gem. He explained every single thing we needed to know about an engagement ring - without your typical salesmen mentality. He sincerely listened to what mattered to us and ultimately built my dream ring. He was attentive and considerate, and was ALWAYS available 24/7 for any questions - which we seemed to always have!!
