Where to even begin; I guess by saying that Ethan is a remarkable recruiter, he has excelled at his duties in every way possible. With the recession going on it was difficult for me to find a job but not for Ethan. He went above and beyond to find me a job that I now love. I was looking for a job and a couple of temp agencies would receive my information, but no follow-up. I saw a job posting for this agency and contacted them. It has been an amazing experience. Ryan got back to me right away and arranged an interview. The next day, he had 2 job interviews setup for me in which both jobs were interested in hiring.
