I had to fly to Maine for a housewarming for my daughter, completely unprepared, and "Uncorked" put together a basket for me that absolutely knocked it out of the park.

Excellent selection of international cheeses. Owner was incredibly friendly and generous with sampling. Would like to see some local offerings in the cheese case.

My first stop when I'm driving up to visit our camp is at Uncorked! It is a delight to stop in and peruse the selection of wine and cheese. I always walk out with a few bottles and wedges, never to be disappointed. The owner will help you find whatever is in your price range. She will also stay open if you give her a call and let her know you are on your way!!!! Excellent customer service, fantastic finds and a quaint shop, I love stopping in!

A small, unpretentious delight of a shop! We stopped in while staying one night in Hallowell and were truly impressed with the selection of fine foods and cheese. The wine selection more than adequate to pair with your food purchase. Friendly, clean and great location make it all worth the stop.
