Understudy

I’m pretty sure the staff just makes up the prices. One night it was $10 for a draft beer. The next night it’s $11. Considering most bars charge $7 that’s a huge price jump. It’s way overpriced.

Understudy is a business lack of integrity! We walked in during happy hour and asked one of bartenders about beer pitcher $25 on menu if the “ 2 for 1 “ means 2 pitchers for $25. He said “yes! “When I checked out they charged me twice and claimed 2 for 1 doesn’t cover. What a shame !

Not very good service. I’ve been there many times and I’ve only gotten good service 1 time. Not sure if they need more ppl or just have a more focused staff. Its a cool concept but the execution hasn’t been successful for me. I choose the House or Wax upstairs at the Alamo. It’s 10x better.

Nice bartender, happy hour was a nice 2 for 1 deal. Made the 9 draft beer worth it. Thanks for a fun time.

Great bartenders. French guy and a guy with dreads...good wine....great happy hour. Fun. I enjoyed it.

I had some quick cocktails here during their happy hour 2-4-1. The mezcal with lime and maple syrup is delicious!
