Friendly customer service. I do wish they had more variety for "bigger boys" because I loved a good chunk of what they had, just nothing much in my size. Us big men like to look cute too. It was a great atmosphere regardless.

My first foray into super fancy men's underwear and I'm never going back to what I wore before. The floor staff was extremely knowledgeable and guided me and my girlfriend through the wide inventory. I went home with THE most comfortable and flattering undies iv ever had. Made for a very happy girlfriend!

There's a assistant manager that only treats you well when you spend money. There's a rewards program and military discount and all the employees know the product very well. Clean store good comfortable atmosphere but quite pricey. You get what you pay for.
