I’ve been coming to this studio for years and I’ve always been happy with the service. I’m always in and out in 10min. It’s clean and tidy. And all the ladies are very professional. I had Sonia today and she was lovely and thorough.

Haven’t had a wax in a long time so I was really nervous about going to a new place. But after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I went with Sonia because a lot of people praised her and she deserves it. She was great! She waxed in little sections so I hardly felt the pain. I will definitely come back again

I gave this place 2 stars because the woman at the front desk was so sweet, apologetic and tried to compensate me for Janets mistakes. This was my first and last time coming to this place .Although Janet did not complete the assignment, she was nice and as gentle as one can be for this type of service. The place was clean , and the staff was professional however i was not satisfied with the outcome and had to finish it myself at home .

This is my first time waxing and I got a full Brazilian front and back and Sonia was extremely nice. She was very thorough and made me felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was my first time here. I was nervous about the waxing but SONIA was amazing, calm and gentle. The place was clean and the rest of the staff was very kind. Highly recommended it!

This is my second time at this wax center. I saw Janet for times because she seemed to have the best reviews of the staff. The first time I went, Janet did a decent job on my brows although I thought they were uneven. She also waxed my lip without me asking for it we were talking about waxing and before I knew it, the wax was on my lip. Obviously, at that point, I couldn’t ask her to stop anyway I told the front desk what happened that she misheard me and went ahead and waxed my lip and then she got upset and said that I asked for it when I clearly never did. I still gave her a tip. I went back today and Janet did my eyebrows again. Entirely uneven, one square one is round, one is thinner than the other, one is shorter than the other, and I lost the shape of my eyebrows. I’m not even mad about the brow so much they’ll grow back, but what’s so annoying is that Janet doesn’t take any accountability for anything every time I’m like wait why are my eyebrows shorter than what they were before or why is the shape, so different from what it looks like when I came in and she rebuttals everything that I say. I will not be going back.

Sonya was an amazing, gentle . Kind and very clean person . She was caring about every little detail. I will definitely be back and be requesting her .
