I always have a positive experience here. The receptionist is very helpful. I often walk in because of child care, and she always tries to get me my regular wax specialist. Jenet is great! Pleasant and gentle. She is always professional and does a great job!

This was my first time coming here and my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax. Arourah was an absolute GEM! She made me feel super comfortable & surprisingly the process wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I’ll definitely be back to see her again! The place is also really clean! I went in around 6:30 PM without an appt. & they still saw me. My waxer, Sam, was amazing! I didn’t have my phone to distract me like I usually do when I get waxed. But, she was fast, but made me completely relaxed during the whole time. She even helped me find my lost phone. I highly recommend Uni-K!Service: Intimate area hair waxing

Have been going here on and off for years. I’ve had many wonderful estheticians, Parbati most recently who is an angel. Good quality wax. Always makes an unpleasant experience as quick and painless as possible. I don’t even live in Brooklyn anymore and I still make the trip here!

The woman who did my eyebrows was very nice BUT after TWO attempts, my eyebrows look bad. One eyebrow has a slight arch thinner than I wanted but decent looking and the other one does not; very blunt looking and obvious. Plus, I asked for a clean up, which she acknowledged but a good amount of eyebrow hair is gone to the point that I am unable to tweeze at home to fix the mismatched eyebrows. Love this place!!! My new spot! Just moves to NY and I usually do my wax myself or always went to European...but this place tops EWC. Arora is my go to when she is available. But honestly I've tried a few of there waxes and they all have been great!

I haven't been at this location in awhile as I've been using the one in Flatiron. I was able to get a last minute appt which was great. My waxer was quick and there was minimal pain. I told her she did a great job. But later that evening i noticed quite a bit of hair. So much that i had to shave it off. This is why I prefer the Flatiron location, they' re more thorough and they use ice packs afterwards, something I didn't get with this service.
