3 weeks to receive a refund, after admitting that your company is at fault is disgusting. It's the 21st century, you pulled money from my account overnight, but want 3 weeks to refund me by a mailed check. You're a private utility company, so I know we can't get you to stop ripping people off, but if you could at least fix it in a timely manner, that'd be great. The fact that you have a department specific to fixing accounts and refunding people(very slowly) is telling of your business practices.

Their online payment service does not work at all and then say they're turning off my gas in a week because "I haven't paid." Every. Single. Online payment gets cancelled by their system.
