Unified Construction Services (UCS) is a small woman-owned commercial and general contractor with over 25 years of experience throughout southwest Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. UCS builds everything from small residential remodels to full service ground up commercial construction. We specialize in all types of restoration, remodeling, remediation and building projects with a full general liability insurance policy up to two million dollars, or more if necessary.

When choosing UCS, you are choosing a full service general contractor, who is prepared to complete the entire project from beginning to end. UCS employs highly trained and certified craftsman that specialize in this type of work.
