We have used Unifirst for about 2 years now. Marc, our driver is trustworthy and a hard worker. He has taken care of all our needs. We can always rely on him being here every week. The quality of the product he delivers is great as well. We don't see ourselves ever leaving.

Horrible customer service. We can’t ever get anybody to call us back, despite the multiple calls we have put in. We canceled them in October due to their lack of follow up & not fulfilling our request. Now we can’t get them to call back to get someone to pick up the lockers.

I work for Hussmann refrigeration and Mark Keck delivers our uniforms for our installation department. Mark is always helpful and has a great attitude when he shows up weekly. I highly recommend this uniform service company. Great job Mark!
