Unifour Financial Services

Normally I don’t write reviews about anything or any businesses but I feel I have to let it be known how I was treated one evening. I had an unforeseen expense come up (can happen to anyone that’s life) and this cause me to miss work for a week and in turn get a short paycheck. Well I called these people before my due date and told them I’m probably going to be late on this payment due to this event. Noted that I’ve been on time with every single payment until now and they said well we can extended it a week and if you still can’t make the payment let us know and I did. Well one evening at about 8:30 this man from unifour calls me being extremely rude to i mean so rude that it almost got me to the point of cursing this man out and taking the car I have with them and parking it in front of their office. Speaking of their office judging by the appearance of this place they don’t need to be running off their customers and underestimate the power of word of mouth. I wouldn’t not suggest this place to anyone even if they were my enemy.

The customer service sucks! Every person is rude as hell! Never been treated so badly. They took out our payment twice one week, and acted like it was my fault!

They are the worst place to go through.. I would never advise my worst enemy to go with these guys.. over priced cars and loans and horrible customer service

I’m in the process of trading my car that I paid cash for back on Dec 30, 2010. It’s come to my attention that Unifour Financial Services somehow put a lien on my car on 12/28/10. I’ve been trying for a week to get a lien release and can’t get anyone to answer the phone, return my calls, and I’m having to call multiple times to fix something that wasn’t even my fault. I NEVER financed this car! I can’t imagine how many other things they screw up!

Usually not the type to say anything but this company will belittle you and make you feel worthless. The management at unifour are far from the self proclaimed Godly women they say they are.. if the company is going to promote a friendly and Godly environment for their workers and guests, I would think their management would live up to It? This place is a literal joke!
